Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Product to own the entire lifecycle of the product integrations hub, from integration validation to data validation in the UI, ensuring seamless functionality and data integrity. This role is hybrid and will report to the Chief Product Officer, as the first PM Lead in the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of extensibility features, owning the roadmap and strategy for the product integrations hub (including integrations definition).
  • Define and implement robust integration validation processes to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities.
  • Drive data validation initiatives within the platform's UI to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development.
  • Work closely with an offshore team to guide the development of integrations and prioritize their backlog.
  • Work closely with Product analysts, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Monitor product usage and performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features based on insights and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Ex Product Director/ Product Team lead with +5 years of experience as Product manager in a cybersecurity company/ environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a PM team lead
  • A strong understanding in the Cybersecurity domain (Endpoint, Network, Identity, Cloud)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with data validation principles and experience implementing data quality processes in the UI.
  • Familiarity with product integrations and APIs to support platform customization.
  • Experience with writing SQL queries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
